Hip Hop Abs - Everyday Underwear Style

Go ahead. Laugh. That's why I filmed it ;0) My husband said if I put it on YouTube, it might go viral and Ellen DeGeneres would have me on her show to dance and laugh with me. Or more likely, at me, which would be great. You know, perhaps I could entertain her for a change.

  2. They're like those bouncing smiley faces that help you read the captioned words to songs when you're a kid, aren't they? LOL! All of me is happy, including my boobalas!

  3. Happy to make people laugh - at me or with me, I don't care! Trust me, if Ellen has me on, the world will know! I connected with you all ovah, Michelle - FB, Twitter, follow blog. I can't wait to once again feel like I can run a triathlon! Running isn't my thing, but I am a yo-yo health nut.

  6. This is exactly like me doing Zumba on the Kinect. With more flailing.

  7. I'm going to film it again when I lose 30 pounds and see if it looks better. I want to try Zumba someday too.

  11. I don't care most of the time who sees. It's mostly just the mailman. I really must try Zumba someday.

  12. Awesome!! I don't do choreographed stuff...at all. Any more. LOL

  13. I'm so-so at choreographed stuff. And it gets a little easier with time, but I don't like to try and struggle through a whole workout repeatedly. This one is fun, though, and can be followed most of the time. No wonder I never made the cheerleading and dance teams in my high school!

  16. As I always say, the line between brave and stupid is a fine one and I cross it often. This seems to please and entertain people...
